School Mode Sync

Raising this issue again since developers have apparently done nothing to resolve this issue that was raised over 2 years ago. Pretty pathetic that you can’t force a sync from the parental control app. So for those who forget to turn off school mode on holidays, etc, you have to wait until the regularly scheduled school mode ends on the Bounce so that you can sync it to your app (after you’ve turned off school mode).

Last time the issue was raised, another user eventually offered a workaround. I haven’t tried it but they said you can essentially force a sync by changing and installing new watch faces.

Developers - we’re not just looking for workarounds here, how about a real resolution to this issue? And setting more than one “school mode” schedule would be nice too.

Wow! I just ran in to same issue and workaround worked! I agree that we should not have to do workaround. I bought Garmin thinking it would be high quality. I guess if it’s not the $1000 watch, there is no love.

It’s disappointing when issues like this persist for so long without a proper resolution. The workaround involving changing watch faces could help temporarily, but it's definitely not a long-term solution. Hopefully, the developers take this feedback seriously and work on a proper fix. I also agree that adding the ability to set multiple “school mode” schedules would be a great improvement.
